IFI Mentor Training (Lansing Prison)
Help a guy put the pieces of his life back together by mentoring. With InnerChange Freedom Initiative (Prison Fellowship), you can change the world by speaking life into a willing heart. Westside is already working with IFI in weekly worship, mentoring, teaching and special projects. If you are interested in learning more about mentoring opportunities, attend a required informational training on Sunday, August 23. Childcare is provided with advance registration. Register now

Lansing’s New Blog!
Westside Family Church began partnering with InnerChange® Freedom Initiative on April 19, 2009 at the Lansing Correctional Facility in Lansing, Kansas. As part of this development, Lansing Correctional Facility became Westside’s newest satellite campus. Sunday morning worship services at the Lansing location are at 8:00 a.m. in the Maximum Security Gym. This service is led by the IFI inmates praise band and the message is delivered by Pastor Dan Southerland through DVD. John Ocker is the Lansing Campus Pastor.
The InnerChange® Freedom Initiative (IFI) is a holistic program that provides educational, values-based program services to prisoners on a voluntary and noncompulsory basis to help prepare them for reentry to society, employment, religious and community service, and family and social relationships. The program is based on values reflected in the life and teachings of Jesus.
